Here at Zinnia, your satisfaction means everything to us. That's why we created our 30-day No Questions Asked Return Policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the steps below to return your purchase.
Contact Zinnia's customer service team to obtain your Return Authorization Code either by phone at 1-888-864-1706 or via our online return form.
After receiving your Return Authorization Code, our customer service team will send you a label to affix to your package to be returned.
In the meantime, carefully re-package your purchase with all of the original contents.
Once you receive the Return Label, simply arrange for a pick-up with your local UPS carrier. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received, and the product is determined to be in its original condition, your money will be refunded (or credited to your credit card account) less the shipping charges, within 10 business days.
Important Notes:
We will only credit the same credit card account that the original purchase was made on.
Allow one monthly billing cycle to have your credit appear.
If you are returning one item when you have purchased multiple, credit will only be issued for the returned item.
The following items will not be accepted for refunds:
Items showing signs of wear or abuse.
Items that have been altered in anyway (resized, engraved, etc).
Items that have been shipped without a Return Authorization Code.
Items that have been improperly packaged.
