All purchases, within the U.S., are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or USPS Express Mail. Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail.

  • USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail is free for orders over $30.
  • After leaving the Zinnia showroom, orders normally take between 5-7 business days to arrive at your door. Some areas may require additional shipping time.
  • Please keep in mind that the same processing time is required regardless of whether an order is shipped overnight or not.
  • Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will take longer than indicated.
  • Zinnia is not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier difficulties.
If you need your order sooner, we can always accommodate your request by shipping your purchase via USPS Express Mail Next Day Service for an additional $25.95 (where available).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number (if applicable) and carrier information.

Due to security concerns, we are only able to ship to street addresses. We are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes (or similar addresses). Orders to Military addresses will be accepted and shipped through the USPS, however will take longer to ship than indicated above.

Your credit card will be charged for your purchase only after your order has been shipped. Please note that your order will be shipped upon approval of credit. To ensure the security of your online purchase with Zinnia, our customer service team may contact you to gather additional information.

If your order is unable to be shipped for any reason, you will be contacted by our customer service team to advise you of the reason for the delay.

In the event that you would like to cancel or change your order with Zinnia, contact us as soon as possible via email (be sure to mention your order number) or our toll-free number, 1-888-864-1706.

If your order already has been processed we will be unable to cancel/change it, however like any purchase made on our online store, if you are not satisfied you may return your purchase with our 30-day no questions asked return policy.

Zinnia reserves the right to cancel any purchase deemed fraudulent and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
