By using cookies, we are able to customize your shopping experience online and to enable the use of our cart feature. Zinnia does not use cookies to collect or store any of your personal information including name, address, or credit card information.

VI. How we use email

When you provide Zinnia with your email address, expect to receive emails from us responding to your request or with information necessary to process your order. After placing your order with us, you will receive an email confirmation and when your order ships, you will receive an email with package tracking information. Additionally, if you send an electronic gift card through Zinnia, the recipient will receive an email notifying them of your gift and how to redeem it.

Zinnia sends promotional emails, on occasion, to those individuals who have agreed to receive it. If you choose at any time to no longer receive email communications from Zinnia, simply unsubscribe by clicking on the link provided in each email communication provided by us.

We will also provide you with a limited amount of your purchase information, if possible. Additionally, Zinnia provides only the information necessary to our outside companies, in order for them to fulfill their responsibilities.

Zinnia protects & encrypts your order information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology as it is transmitted over the Internet. If your browser or firewall does not support SSL, you will not be able to place an order online at Zinnia. If you are not able to access our secure server for any reason, our customer service team would be happy to assist you via phone.

Children should always ask their parents for permission before providing any personal information online (such as their names, email addresses, and phone numbers) to us or to anyone else. No information should be submitted or posted on this site by any Minor (a guest under 18 years of age).

Minors are not allowed to participate in any of our contests.
